Young Inclusive People (YIP) Club
5.30pm to 7pm: An evening of multi sports and activities, including archery, arts and crafts, table tennis, boccia, Wii sport and more for young disabled people aged 8 - 24 with disabilities. A weekly club supported by Northamptonshire County Council's “Aiming High” scheme.

Northampton Roadshow
1pm to 4.30pm: A roadshow offering FREE taster sessions in Tai Chi, gentle exercise, zumba dancing, indoor bowls, indoor kurling and more will be available to the over 50’s.  Afternoon tea and cake is also available.

Aquathlon series
7pm to 8.30pm: A series of three events on 23 and 30 June, ending on 7 July.  It is aimed at children aged 8 - 16 years and comprises swimming and running.  This event is very popular and prepares young people for the Junior Triathlon which takes place on 17 July at the same venue.  Pre-booking is required.

Guy Barber Memorial Ride
8.45am (for 9am start): A challenging ride of 60 or 110 miles with tea and lunch stops in St Neots and Cambridge.  Suitable for experienced riders with reasonable fitness level.
