Young Inclusive People (YIP) Club
5.30pm to 7pm: An evening of multi sports and activities including archery, arts and crafts, table tennis, boccia, Wii sport and more for young disabled people aged 8 - 24. A weekly club is supported by Northamptonshire County Council's “Aiming High” scheme.
Cost: £2 (includes refreshments). Parents and carers free.

3v3 Basketball League
6pm to 7pm: Now in its third week, this free Basketball League for people aged 16+ runs every Wednesday evening for 8/10 weeks. You need to register your interest on the website.

Aquathlon series
7pm to 8.30pm: A series of three events on 23 and 30 June, ending on 7 July.  For children aged 8 - 16 years and comprising swimming and running.  This event is very popular and prepares young people for the Junior Triathlon which takes place on 17 July at the same venue.  Pre-booking is required.

Carer education and information
1pm to 3.30pm: Courses on bipolar and depression particularly for carers who look after people who have mental health problems and receive treatment from Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.

Wellbeing Celebration Event
10.30am to 4pm: A conference hosted by NHS Northamptonshire, showcasing some of the many developments in local health and wellbeing services. This is a free event, which includes lunch and refreshments, but you will need to book your place in advance.

Health and Wellbeing Day
10am to 4pm: A health and wellbeing day open to all age groups, hosted by Eiman, the muslim women's network. An opportunity to try a number of holistic activities, including bridge and quilting.

Thursday 8 July
Simply Improving Services
9am to 5pm: Join Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust at this special conference where we celebrate and award some of the many successful new projects and developments in the mental health, learning disability, sexual health and drug and alcohol treatment services that the trust provides. This is a free event but booking is required.
