Sensory Walk and Den Building
Fun for all the family in the glorious Salcey Forest. For all ages from 5 upwards. Start with a sensory walk, where you can try making smelly potions and hugging trees while blindfolded, then go off and build your own den in the woods.

Power walking/race walking
6.15pm to 7pm: Put your comfortable clothes and trainers on and have a go at power walking with Sue Rey, a qualified race walk coach at UKA level 2. If you are moderately fit and aged between 12 to 65, join in with Sue and take a brisk walk around Abington Park.
